Q: What is your shipping time once my order is placed?
A: Orders received will be processed within 1-3 days.
Turnaround time for processing and shipping will be 5-10 business days. (which does not include weekends or holidays)
Please be aware that Saturday, Sunday and Holidays do not count as shipping days.
Please keep in mind that most of our items are made to order.

Q: How do you ship?
A: All orders are shipped through USPS. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. We are not responsible for mail carrier delays due to weather, etc. Once your order is shipped, we are no longer responsible.
~ Due to increased traffic during holidays, orders may take longer to process.
Q: Where is my order?
A: Once your order is processed and shipped you will receive a tracking number to your email.
